Public television and radio are absolutely VITAL to us here in the U.S. for a multitude of reasons as they provide: • Educational programming • Diverse perspectives • In-depth news and public affairs • Cultural enrichment • Community engagement PBS and NPR play a crucial role in informing, educating, and enriching us and our society. They provide a valuable alternative to commercial media and contribute to a more informed and engaged citizenry.
