So we put them on the stacknin APNAP order, with each player deciding how to put their own effects on the stack when they put their's on the stack, then we resolve in the reverse order they are put on the stack...

I'm more concerned with making the rules work than anything else tbh, which currently would require specific changes to accomadate paying command tax on something that doesn't have a cost or use the stack

The hybrid discussion is inane and largely exists because its detractors think it adds something by keeping it as is and reduces something by changing it.
This on the other hand is an actually interesting discussion that if changed would add new options only downside being making Westvale Abbey work
