Forever loyal Team Bonnie member, but I did like Resolve as one of the newcomers

The game kinda feels like an exhausting chore. I don't feel satisfied even when I win because sure, cool, i beat that boss but in 3 rooms will be two basic enemies that will kill me just as many times.
I am simply Hornet-Sisyphus and when the boulder lets me rest, all I can realy see is the climb.

I've explored 12 areas so far and while I've got a few tools which is neat and all. I have 1 extra mask/hp, which in a land of "everything, its mother and their family dog" does 2 masks/HP of damage feels worthless. I'm just frustrated and exhausted by these systems.

I'm decent at the game, 19hrs in and at Act 2. I'm just tired. Nothing feels meaningful. You beat a boss and your rewards is just permission to play the next level? I'm not asking for meaningful upgrades, but at least drop me some currency. Even the shards will do to pay for the sub weapons used!
