Yup. It’s basically hide and seek otherwise. You have to hide for 60% of her ult and HOPE you can make it out in time to hit someone without being instantly killed. At this point it’s basically crowd control. A scare tactic to make the enemy hide.

Please please please fix Scarlett’s ult. She’s practically useless in any type of high-pressure quick paced team fight. She’s so vulnerable and easy to kill in that mode. Either give her some type of armor buff for the duration of it or lower the time it takes to charge I beg! It’s useless rn!
