My grandpa talked to many people via ham radio & then exchanged postcards & it's pretty cool that he met people all over the world even before the internet. He even talked to someone in Antarctica! (Not the penguin, sadly.)

It doesn't look like much but I attempted a yuzu version of a Crema di Limoncello (i.e. yuzu-infused vodka with milk, sugar and vanilla) and it's so good. 😍

I really need to stop cooking because my body is mad about it, but on the other hand, I now have 2 cups of yuzu curd, 2 cups of yuzu syrup, a bunch of candied yuzu peel, some yuzu almonds, yuzu salt, yuzu sugar, and yuzu shortbread. 🤦♀️
