Just to say that as a Brit, I have never eaten a Yorkshire pudding-nor do I want to - and only vaguely know what a BLT is. Most of us are much more eclectic in our menus…stick with the beef and horseradish…with some yoghurt, crème fraiche and dill! (We’re continental at heart!)
