I think it is a slick piece of video editing and twisted use of words. It gives the impression the service was called by Reform. I seriously doubt that a CofE church would allow a political party to hold such a service.

They are not rich. They have a lot of money that is all. Anyone who understands this knows what I mean and understands really what it means to be rich.
