Holy FUCK a c-drama with an on-screen g-gay k-k-kiss??? Wow. I found the characters infuriating at first, but by the end I'm glad I stuck with it bc they grow from their immaturity. Glad to see it!!! 4/10.

🐍 Legend of the White Snake (Sher Lee edition) 🐍

It sure is a retelling of a myth, yup. The dramatic parts were well-done though, and the characters were immediately likeable. The fastest, simplest read. 7/10.

🍬 Lord of the White Hell 🍬

Not Chinese. Interesting magic systems with great attention to world building and character development. Made me feel so many conflicting emotions. Ending was sudden and could be expanded. 7.5/10.

Words can't express how much I enjoyed the first book and the first 2/3 of the second book. Unfortunately it took a complete nosedive after the MC cheated on her wife and left me feeling cheated, upset, and angry. 6/10.

Sigh, I miss Mo Ran already, my borderline personality disorder princess. Very high emotional highs and the lowest emotional lows. Meatbun writes drama and romance very well. 9/10.

Originally I DNF'd it after volume 2 because I couldn't stand its lack of plot and then I finished it so I could feel happy again while finishing yuwu. This book was NOT for me. 2/10.

A very beginner-friendly intro to xianxia. The female cast really grew a lot on me after a while. Ending was underwhelming to me but it had good ideas and interesting dynamic. 7/10.

Very funny, unserious, and enjoyable, but a lot will go over your head if you don't know about male power fantasy stories. MXTX killed off my favorite character tho, RIP Zhuzhi-lang. 6.5/10.

Getting through the middle of the series gave me emotional damage so bad I had to take a break with the fish mpreg danmei. Ending felt rushed and unplanned but ultimately it was emotionally satisfying. 8.5/10.

🦋 Heaven Official's Blessing / Tian Guan Ci Fu🦋

If I say anything bad about this book I will get doxxed and crucified. 7/10, will not elaborate.
