I get the point of this- obviously the importance of critical thinking. I also believe that the ability to read for comprehension, and then the ability to clearly communicate your thoughts through writing, are skills that are intertwined with critical thinking.

who I knew pretty well and considered to be a bit "fragile" (many problems and issues that I was working with them on) ended up joining, because they were lured in my the benefits promised. I think recruiters are so focused on meeting their quotas that the mental health of recruits is overlooked.
