Totally recommend this book! I checked it out from my library from a Labor Day display. 10/10 the REAL history of American unions because it details the fight through the viewpoint of women, the BIPOC community, LGBTQIA people, disabled people, sex workers, prisoners, and the poor.

How did I just learn that this famous book is written by the badass bishop who gave such an inspiring speech in January and got attacked by the you-know-who-s in this country?! Just checked it out at my library. So heart-warming 📘❤️
