Oh yeah I've seen Darren comment about how that was a mistake that slipped through the cracks for whatever reason even before the show aired, when people noticed it on the released images. A bit odd indeed, though a minor detail amongst otherwise incredible depictions overall.

I still have no idea what the "carnivorous ice age kangaroo" in the Megalania sequence is. I've never heard of it and I'm pretty sure 'kangaroo' is used pretty liberally.

I'd go at the very least for continent + some general direction. Like northern South America, Central Asia, southern Africa. I like the use of prehistoric place names as long as there is some brief explanation of what/where that is too. Mostly not stating locations was a very confusing move for PP3.

Eu acho que as versões de Ice Age Giants e Life on our Planet são as melhores até então, mas acredito que Prehistoric Planet vai ultrapassá-los

Loved it. Felt like reading a NatGeo article from an alternate timeline

It made me really annoyed at how the CGI could look *very* good at times (in the sense of how the models interacted with light and the environments, and how crisp and tactile they looked) and yet they often looked more like toys came to life rather than real animals.
