i forgot to post this here but here's my final thoughts on veilguard (spoiler-free!)

Tho I dont think there ever was a chance for me to hate it unless they really fucked up. The flaws of this game don't outweigh the good things for me, the second half especially is amazing. I loved every companion, the lore made me go insane and all of act 3 made me cry so hard I still can't think about it without tearing up. Also the combat is definitely the best of the series to me. My brain still feels a bit scrambled after finishing the game hfdjfdhj and I'm sure I'll get more critical of it the more I play it, but I don't think it will affect how much I loved it."
