This is our little buddy Milo. He's a Pekinese and Tibetan Spaniel mix who's super cute, super smart and super stubborn. (These ARE the treats he seeks!) He's pretty spry for a dog that's almost 12 years old.

OK, here's my comparison. Also approximately 50 years apart. I think I could still rock those 1970s striped trousers but all I have now is striped shirts. I loved my airplane play set! Anyone else remember when the PlaySkool Little People had wooden bodies?

Two days out from surgery. Been having comfy time in bed watching TV and reading. Get to shower in the morning and change bandages. (Hair styled by hubby.)

My first real post on Blue Sky, I had a vein stripping procedure done on my right leg. (I've been dealing with varicose veins for most of my adult life. Yay genetics!) This was done outpatient. The St Luke's nursing staff & doctors were all fun to joke around with and treated me wonderfully.
