@tacobell.bsky.social here is the problem with kiosk order: o asked for jalapeños & sour cream in my tacos but I didn't get any! I also added the salsa packets but none were added! And I paid extra for the toppings! Terrible customer service.

Haven't been to @tackbell.bsky.social in a while. Standing there for a few minutes then a young employee asks if I've put an order in the kiosk yet, I said, no. He said everyone has to put their order through the kiosk. What a shifty way to order when one has questions! Sucks Taco Bell!
