Teacher. Labour. Leeds.
I think we have to be increasingly mindful as a progressive party of a growing number of 20-40 year olds who did what they were told was 'right' and are repaying student loans and paying auto enrol pensions so have a significant chunk taken from their wage already.

It's a campaign about CPR - Every Minute Matters.

I feel like Labour should pay for this to be removed from behind the paywall.

That's interesting. What approach do you take?

100% but I like being able to use it combined with residual (comparison to other subjects) to support prioritisation for support etc.

The subject progress index on sisra. It's their P8 equivalent.

I don't know if that is fair. I know my motivation was trying to continue the work we had done to train staff on how to use SPI (or equivalent). I think if it was a permanent change from P8, it would have made more sense to innovate.

Just catching up on the episode, this has probably been mentioned but how big an impact would the looming 2015 election had on a post-yes world. Rushed negotiations or a reverse SNP landslide in the parliamentary seats leading to a 2nd vote campaign?

Enjoyed this. During term 1 in new school/role, I have been very mindful of this. Understanding what has gone before before starting to think about the next steps. Always love a comparison with chef work - I feel that there are so many similarities.

Much of what you have described fits with my experience of a first term in new school and role. Using inferences to test hypotheses has been my M.O. as I have gone. My challenge now is how to maintain an outsiders perspective whilst leading delivery.
