Absolutely filed a report with the CFIA and I highly recommend anybody else do the same if they come across falsely labelled products.
Tip: Make sure you get a photo of the UPC (universal product code) if you can as that is required to file a complaint!

This USA spinach was falsely labelled as “Product of Canada” with a maple leaf at "Drew’s Your Independent Grocer" (Loblaws) in #ldnont.
Just a few weeks ago it had no Canadian branding and wasn’t selling well. Maple-washed just before Thanksgiving. Reported on Sat, still maple-washed 4 days later!
