They sit, they hide
Nowhere to be found
Perhaps atop a desk, a vault or beneath a crown.
But all that aside
Proof exists in search of the truth
Of the many souls who cried and who never mentioned wolf.
Can we abide by the desire to know
For those who need certainty

They sit, they hide
Nowhere to be found
Perhaps atop a desk, a vault or beneath a crown.
