Might consider an ultrasound; X-rays missed an abscess on our pup’s lower intestine. One bowel resection later she’s fine and 5 years old, but had we not insisted she wasn’t getting better….

I’m not sure what I did that is provoking an adversarial response. I thought I was adding info to the conversation. Guy has been involved in govt financial policies for years; we agree, so no beef.

Did I read that’s actually the new rule at the VA? That doctors, providers, and nursing staff don’t have to treat people with disagreeable views? Maybe I’m just hallucinating this dystopia to its logical conclusion.

Right. A “full moon” is an image perceived from earth, whereas “the moon” might be in relation to earth (not one of Saturn’s moons), but is referenced in its thing-ness.

It’s definitely not legal in the US. In fact the interdiction is baked into our Constitution (Article I, Section 9), which “prohibits anyone in the US Government from receiving a personal gift from a foreign head of state without the consent of Congress.” The recipient of the jet does not care.

Wasn’t the previous position that migrants were not subject to US laws and thus could be deported without habeas corpus? If they’re saying they will suspend the right, then they’re recognizing the CURRENT Constitional right. Upside down world continues?
