Vance should have shown compassion and empathy by declining to trouble a very ill man with a completely unnecessary meeting. I know, way too much to ask of this guy. Selfishly wanted the photo op.

Fell in a train platform outside Amsterdam 2 years ago. Lots of blood from leg cuts. Great first aid before the Centraal. Urgent care at the Station for over an hour. MD loaded me up with bandages and antibiotics. They APOLOGIZED for having to charge me! Total cost: 30 euros. $400 here in Ohio.
