Would have taken a point beforehand but a bit disappointed. Dieng has to do better imo. then Conway n burgzorg fluffing 2 decent chances. Last 20 min, eas just a snore fest. Combo of weather and ref not letting it flow.

Hardmoors15 training. First half marathon. Unrunnable in parts due to slippy mud and bog. learned the hard way by hitting the deck not once but twice 🤣. One eye on Hardmoors55 (just incase) got to CP1 with 1hr8 to spare. Be closer to 1hr30 in dry conditions. We move 📈 🏃♂️

Well that was a cracking away day .. no more "when we click well rip a team apart" 15 goals in 3 games. Beginning to take chances. Carrick ball so good to watch... fully behind the finn azaz redemption arc too. Brilliant player.

12 mile around gribdale Gate, Newton Moor, Highcliffe, kildale, and easby. Thought I was on for 2.5hr but the elevation in the last 2 mile put an end to that. Still happy to be under 3hr. Going to horse a fletcher farm brekky into me now.
