Last night, I had 1045 friends on Facebook. I made a post saying that anyone who continues to support Trump should just unfriend me.

I lost six people. Well, maybe lost is a strong word…

It feels like it’s been ages since I just took a day off. Ran a couple of small errands and spent the afternoon cooking. Lazing back now, and soon time for a martini.

I was at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto today, and they had this great display recognizing the site as where Banting and Best discovered insulin. I really like the homage it pays to the research animals, and the letter from the child (I have no idea if it’s real) is a nice touch.
