Some advice, please. I am autistic. My surroundings are very important to me. I found a bench at work and made it mine-cleaned it and hung up my own paintings. Guy liked it and essentially took it. I'm angry. It is causing emotional dysregulation. Can I stick a fork in his eye?

I have decided using different combos of spices in cooking is like using different combos of paint: evocative, thought-provoking, kind of stays with me all day. (Not really a good cook, but I do like doing it.)
