No not at all, you’ve always helped and I genuinely appreciate it. It’s just been a slow process to get PHSE lessons on the timetable so now it’s about coverage for RE. Then can build/ tweak add GCSE citizenship for all starting in Y9. There is an end goal - just having to sort out the now 🫠

At KS3 they are separate. One hour for both (once a fortnight). KS4 there is GCSE RE. Then PSHE once a fortnight but not covering RE non core correctly

Definitely not in my control just trying to do the best with the barriers in place.

We only have once a fortnight and that’s new this year as it was all done in form time previously.

It really is, I don’t want to cut corners so just want to set it up as perfect as I can and then tweak and develop overtime. So happy to set up alternating booklets to make sure it’s covered appropriately

I am line managing an RE teacher, he created 1 RE slide amongst a PSHE lesson and said we’d hit statutory. I’d looked at everything and knew that was wrong, just needed to double check. Now need to divide it into alternating booklets with set documentation. Everyday is a school day 🫠

Fab. Thanks so much

This is what it says for KS4

I can do it separately or together. So could alternate terms PSHE RE PSHE etc. At KS3 they have separate hours once a fortnight.

Thanks so much - we have merged PSHE and RE (non core). The documentation is really wishy washy from staffs. Is there a set criteria? Set list? Anything to make sure we are hitting statutory? Xx
