If I’m following you, you already know who I am! lol
For instance, how about a modern-day Boston tea party? All that are willing, give 100% of all federal taxes due to their state tax board. Make the feds attempt to extract that money from blue state coffers. Ransom!

If states voting for Trump represent only 38% of GDP, there has got to be some negotiation power in the 62% GDP states. It kinda seems like the solution here might be in the math … art of the deal?

This assumes we are dealing with politics as usual. IMO, this moment is more akin to Pre-WW2 … a total power grab. Waiting for the “inability to govern” isn’t going to work this time.

I worry that maybe what the German liberals did pre-WW2 … waited just a little too long I’d say.

What Cuban said is right - Reps are willing to burn it down. We can spend all our effort trying to put out fires (that are so easy to start), or we can fight fire with fire.

Even a very serious threat of this might get moderate Reps to rethink their values. And even if it doesn’t, we are launching a ship that can be ready to sail. I do feel we need decisive, aggressive, action. No more feckless whining!

I would enjoy a critical review of the idea that blue states have massive referendums votes on leaving the union and joining Canada. Such a population and GDP move would totally shift the playing field for both countries.
In this effort, can Cuban be to blue state governors vs. what Musk is to T?
