Sometimes it’s no one’s fault. They haven’t had enough training sessions for it to stick. And his point is how are they confused tactically in some games and not others. And a lot of times it’s not even tactical confusion. It’s all about not following instructions properly.

Probably why dems keep losing. There needs to be some accountability for the problems faced by so many people. Change this and maybe the tide changes in their favor.
