Did you use ai to generate the pic? If not then my apologies to whoever took and edited it. To my eye it kinda looks like it was.

I'd say recognition. The democrats and republicans had somewhere between 150 and 50 years to become household name organisations nation wide. That's something that takes a lot, lot more work to overcome. Outreach would need to be physical and constant. For probably 2 election cycles if not more.

No need to insult BDSM like that, it's all about consent. Using windows on the other hand...

I'm trying really hard to get this to the tune of we didn't start the fire.

At his age I'm pretty sure it's like throwing a hot dog down a hallway.

I'm measuring efficiency in the amount of fuel used for the energy produced. Very quick bit of research of "how much coal to equal 1kg of uranium" got me figures between 14,000kg and 2.7 million kg of coal to equal the energy produced by 1kg of uranium fuel.

Expensive? Yes. Ridiculously efficient? Also yes. And the money is well spent because a lot of it is spent on safety features. Most people off the top of their heads could name 3-5 nuclear accidents. Most of those before the year 2000. But how many oil spills have happened in just the last 15 years?

Correct me if I'm wrong but California has the 5th largest economy in the world? California's gdp alone is higher than Finland's. And since this **saves** money down the line, it would be cheaper for them to do than the current thing they're doing (fuck all except more damage).

I'd argue Nixon planted the seeds with the war on drugs and not being held accountable for Watergate. The former as an easy way to demonize his enemies, the latter setting the precedent that the president can do damn near whatever.

Always have been.

Sweet and sour beef stir fry.. is it stir fry if I don't have a wok? Beef, noodles, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, onions, and peas. Used packets of sweet and sour sauce because I'm not *that* patient. Surprised it lasted more than 1 evening even with the quantity of food.

Blueberry and raspberry muffins. Wanted blueberry ones, realised I wouldn't have enough blueberries so I added raspberries too. Had to do 2 batches due to a small muffin tin, almost ran out in the second batch.

Cinnamon twists. Pie pastry, cinnamon, sugar, and butter. Don't use salted butter. The original recipe calls for box pie pastry, no excuse not to make these unless you don't like cinnamon.
