I'm really anxious in larger servers (like 100+ members) to join vcs, because I can't really assess who might join and if there could be akward situations.

There's very few servers where I ever joined vc.

I think it's best to take initiative yourself when you need to talk to someone, rather than expecting friends to reach out like it's their duty.

At least I certainly wouldn't say that out loud and make them feel guilty.

I personally prefer if people give me some space when I'm having a rough time.
