Climate talks are well underway here in Bonn, and the Brazilian COP30 presidency presented this morning its 4th letter for global climate action.
It lists 30 key objectives to be achieved in Belém:

I'm in Bonn this week to cover the UN climate negotiations #SB62 for Politico.
The 1st plenary is being delayed over disagreement between countries on the agenda.

It's the 3rd (and last) day of COP16.2 in Rome, where countries are trying to agree on a new strategy to channel billions into biodiversity conservation. They're still stumbling on whether to create a new global biodiversity fund, but the 🇨🇴presidency is hopeful a deal is near.
