Q: How to dynamically inject env variables into MCP configuration?
A: Use shell script and load them before calling MCP server (see picture below)

It sets a variable SCRIPT_DIR to the script’s directory, sources the .env file, and then sets environment variables for ENDPOINT and HEADERS, using values from the loaded .env file. Finally, it runs the mcp-graphql command using npx.
