Went to this fantastic pop up raw fish bar inside another dive bar in Virginia Beach last week! Trout, Drum and scallops were served. Such a treat!

Spent the last week helping to install and fill a new set of foeders in a new location in Greeneville, SC. Beautiful craftsmanship from Foeder Crafters. This is going to be a stellar location for this brewpub in an old cigar warehouse. We will be aging wort for sours and other types of brews here.

Made some pork sage sausage buns. They were good and despite my kids initial skepticism they loved them and ate everything up lol

When it's 8pm on Fri & worked 12+ hrs straight & the 2 mo old forklift wheel cracks apart with a load of ~4000 lbs on it & you are exhausted from 6+ hours of moving kegs & 4 hrs of manually bottling earlier in day & the battery is dying & just wanna go home to eat doordash sushi with the fam & ...
