Pushed hard at the gym again today, all numbers going up except for the reverse deltoid fly, that's the hardest one for the shoulder. Review booked in for next Friday to add more to the workout, squats very much on the menu. Bring. It. On!

These are the weights I started with 3 weeks ago, along with 12.75kg Reverse Delt flys. That one is haaaaard for the shoulder still.
I've increased all of them bar the chest press so far, as I don't want to overstress the shoulder, it lets me know when enough is enough.

Looks like a gorgeous destination! I can only rival it so far with a stop off at "Skyfall" :3
