This was caused by someone lower on me on the totem pole being a whiny baby about the snow. I have a feeling we won’t even be able to deliver at all and I still get payed a guaranteed 4hrs + 1.25x no matter what as long as I set foot in the office.

I just can’t take the mess the dust leaves after. Especially living in a cramped space.
