Greed and cowardice didn't kill democracy, they were born from it. A system that teaches us to choose sides, fear our neighbor, and barter our voice for influence will always birth cowardice and greed. Democracy didn’t fail, it matured into exactly what it was designed to become.

The world is not filled with evil people, it's filled with trauma that festers. The abused become abusers or are silenced into inaction. Nothing is solved until the full cycle is witnessed. No matter how much virtue signaling people do.

Mislabeling trauma expression as DARVO is gaslighting, not correction. You’re not engaging with what I actually said, you’re narrating me into a role that fits your script. That’s not truth-seeking. That’s projection.
I won’t continue this loop. I’ve said my truth.

The divide is false. The binary is false. You can't reinvoke it at will and still claim to stand on the side of healing, it only deepens the wound. That's me helping you.

I agree with that, as well as the 30 other posts echoing the same truth, which I also stand with. I only added what none of them mentioned. Not because it’s more important, but b/c its also real. Maybe not relevant to you & that’s okay. I don’t expect you to fight my battles. I love you, regardless.

You’ve ignored everything I clarified, twisted my intent, and now you’re trying to frame me as ignorant so you can feel superior. That’s not allyship, it’s ego dressed as advocacy. I’m stepping out. This space doesn’t feel safe.

You’re tone-policing with stats and calling it education. That’s the same dismissive energy women get from men. You just flipped the power dynamic and called it justice.

No, you see it as dominance. I was engaging and expanding. That’s how conversations grow unless the goal is self-validation. My goal is simple, stop people from hurting people. No conditions. No caveats. Just that. All of us deserve that.

So it’s a competition now? I never said male abuse was more common, I said it’s less recognized. That’s not erasure, it’s addition. My harm didn’t hurt less because it came from women. Less frequent doesn’t mean less real. And for what it’s worth, I’m LGBTQ too.

You didn’t educate, you gatekept. I could’ve phrased it 100 different ways & got the same deflection. Male trauma is so under recognized that even mentioning it is seen as dominance. I wasn’t trying to hijack the convo, I was showing that the same cycle of silence & shame plays out across genders.

I'm not here to argue with you. I was agreeing and I was expanding. I understand that it's sensitive and triggering so I will disengage. That doesn't make you right, but it's not worth diminishing your point. But for the record, this is the energy I've always gotten. Dismissal. It's heart breaking.

I'm not dismissing, I'm including. You're dismissing by omission. I'm just letting you know that I'm standing right next to you. "Far more affected" is a slap in my face. I was assaulted by both grown men and women before i was an adult.

Absolutely. And what gets even less recognition is how it happens to males too, but they're shamed into ever admitting it. That shame chases the trauma into shadow & when that's expressed in the same sexual light, it's seen as voluntary predation instead of the same trauma response. Vicious cycles.

That’s the next big revelation, holding space for male victims too. Not just those harmed by other men, but by women as well. 'Toxic masculinity' isn’t exclusive to males, it’s a wound in the psyche itself.

Now you're seeing the strategy. "Want to be rich and famous? Do this ___, now you're just as guilty as us." That was where the puppet strings were securely fastened.
