My first advice to junior contributors is to STOP using vibe coding for PRs. OSS is always about people more than about code. We don't need more code generated by LLM, we need more people who care.

Commercial users are most likely businesses, who have money and power. Non-commercial users are: students, teachers, or people from bad economies, NGOs at best.
If an LLM starts spitting out copyleft code, it will be from those, who won't have the means to sue the company for it.

It's both, and then some! BNatSchG § 39 says you can't kill any wild animal. You can avoid being fined (upwards of 50k€) only if you're allergic 🥴

It can get worse. Here in Germany, it's illegal for a human to kill a wasp. And yet, it's perfectly legal for a wasp to kill a human!
