The most confusing part

Stephie answers : we don't know yet, they haven't told us. The woman continues, upset : but won't that confuse the kid?! they must have been born as something! Stephie says : the most confusing part of it is actually the amount of strangers who feel entitled to ask whats in that kid's pants. in the last frame, Stephie stares at the woman silently while the kid's face pops up in the corner of the frame.
