People who think “vibe coding” will fully replace programmers still don’t understand how software actually gets built.

As a solo founder, consistency and simplicity are your biggest friends. You need to make the best of the limitations you deal with.

In @telebugs.com I have two different tables (Project Errors and All Errors) that show similar data, but:

Dead simple. Works great... except Turbo prefetching fires on hover, silently overwrites the session with whatever link you’re just mousing over, and boom - next time you actually visit the page, it loads the range you hovered, not the one you chose.

Be careful out there: Hotwire Turbo’s link prefetching will quietly wreck your Rails session state.

By default, Turbo prefetches any link you hover over. It’s fast... until it isn’t.

Ever wonder why the best engineers get 10× better output from AI than everyone else?

It’s not the model. It’s the thinking behind the prompt.

Want the unfair advantage? Take “Introduction to Mathematical Thinking” on Coursera by Dr. Keith Devlin.

The error view in @telebugs.com currently defaults to “Today” (even though you can pick Last 7d, 30d, etc.). This sucks - I'm fixing it:

✅ Default range → Last 28 days
✅ Your chosen range will be remembered across sessions
✅ Switching to cursor-based pagination (true O(1) page loads)

Every @telebugs.com release is intentional, feedback-driven, and shipped with one goal: to make someone’s day a little better.

This is the spirit of an indie business. No VCs breathing down my neck. I don't build for them. I build for you.

Because you deserve software that cares back.
