Stranger Things isn't a perfect show. Season 5 was far from its best, and there are a few things that I wish were different. But I still love it, and I still loved the ending. I'm glad I went to see it on the big screen, and I'll probably rewatch it this weekend just to have another good cry LMAO

But once I heard that they were laughing at the same things I was and crying at the same things I was, I got the same feeling I get at concerts: collective effervescence. I LOVE collective effervescence. It elevated the experience, and I'll never forget it! 🩷

I still don't know if she's smart enough to comprehend her actions-- she has to be, right? But if she's just not capable, then I really have just abandoned a child. For my own good-- and the good of her other children-- sure.
