my company literally has invested in Software so middle managers dont have to put in more effort to manage sitting-on-ass-locked-in-office-away-from-reports managers. because everyones going to be honest on a 7? item weekly questionaire that asks if your manager is doing their job

I'm canadian and it is a Known Thing here that americans will put canada flags, maple leaves, etc on their luggage and stuff if theyre going to a country that is not canada. its such popular advice that if you are canadian and do that you *look like* an american. though maybe its less common now

since I found white noise through hiveworks in? 2017? i have thought it was criminally underrated. its both extremely unfair that you didn't get what you were promised because of favouritism but ohmygod im glad you didn't have any financial impacts beyond lost ad revenue.
