I feel that. And i wish more dems were as supportive and defensive of their rights as AOC and Bernie which is why I got a little excited to see Corey Booker even with his faults. “Erin in the morning” or @erinreed.bsky.social is a great places to keep up-to-date on queer news.

That is true I can’t argue with that but Biden was old establishment very old and he was afraid of the kind of precedent it would set. Now that didn’t matter in the end ofc. it was madness inducing watching him take these missed steps that’s why I think we have to fight for younger candidates

Yeah the purple dems didn’t help with that. We have to work to get them replaced that’s why volunteer phone bank with progressive victory. We’ve taken a lot of Ls which is why it’s healthy and good to look at your Ws.But never forget. I got a grudge list too but I’m just trying to move them left

The Attorney General is the one that really screwed us on that. It’s exhausting and infuriating watching all of these opportunities get squandered But one must persevere and not give in to doming and infighting. We are stronger together. Thanks, and hey I love that you’re passionate. And I know it’s more frustrating when democrats make compromises cuz there our party and should be working for our interests instead. But it’s unreasonable to go after them the same as republicans who push this shit. It gives the idea that there equals.

Ya love to see it! I definitely have a lot more respect for Cory Booker after the filibuster he did and listening to him champion our most vulnerable people! Especially trans people and other LGBTQ folks. Glad to see them not thrown under the bus. Exited for the future of his career!!

I can’t express how much relief it gives me to live in a state where my representatives do right by their constituents basically every time. I never feel like I have to call to make sure my voice is heard cuz I know y’all always have our backs. And we have your back too
