I had to use a different yeast today than I normally do and maybe I should use it more since these came out really great.
Some semolina bread I made. It’s golden-brown and perfectly shaped (round) with sesame seeds. It looks crusty on the outside and soft on the inside!

I picked a cool car for this character to drive in something I'm writing, then started writing a lot more stuff related to the car, and then I realized it didn't have a backseat. so, I picked a different car. but the car is really cool so I wanted to show you guys so here is the 1989 Toyota MR2.
White 1989 Toyota MR2. It's a cool, sleek Japanese sports car with a defined front, a spoiler, and folded-down headlights. It is very clear that there's no back seat. Black 1989 Toyota MR2. Same very cool car, now with the headlights folded up. It's slightly less obvious that there's no back seat.

Came out good today
Two golden-brown oblong loaves of semolina sourdough bread coated with sesame seeds. There’s a firm and lovely crust on top and three wide striations on each loaf. They look very tasty.
