It bothered me to no end that the FBI file on Kavanaugh was pretty much hidden from American people. If tfg is going to bypass all these FBI backgrounds, how safe will America be?

Any good suggestions on how to get through the next four years with minimal anxiety? I’ve deleted Twitter and cut back on the news. Haven’t hit the gummies or drinking in excess stage. Trying to avoid that.
