Fiddled around with the redlands conversion to see what I could create. SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!!! I'm excited. When I was playing around with this in Minecraft, the well had run dry. There was only so much I could do. But now! I'm back to the drawing board! :D

I am both annoyed and awed at the differences between Hytale and Minecraft. On one hand, WHY AREN'T YOU THE SAME!? Why don't you look as good!? On the other hand... SO MANY MORE THINGS (but also less things) I can do! I CAN DO MY BLIGHTED TREES!!!

Really do not like all the finagling required for some of these vine blocks....

Most likely am just dumb and need to learn how they work.

Am sad the red mushroom/moss blocks in Hytale aren't as bright and vivid as the crimson stuff in Minecraft. But maybe it works. The land is supposed to be dreary!

Oops... meant to convert the mini redlands as a test and did the big one... I was wondering why there were so many blocks!
Now that I know what it looks like, going to go with tinted red grass instead of moss. Moss is kinda pale.

Also, you can see how buggy the conversion is. Brightblue = water.

Spruced up the bluelands a bit! Still trying to figure out how to add more contrast to the basalt wall. But.

The importance of selecting the right blocks with transferring schematics from Minecraft to Hytale. Oops. Looks a bit flat right now but am hoping to spruce it up with all the variety there is!

Working on some palettes in Hytale for some landscape I had done in Minecraft. I am LOVING how much variety there is, especially for the red/blue stuff!

Learned a very valuable lesson while converting that schematic: do a palette first and don't just guess what blocks are closest!

Converted the schematic for my (WIP) Snake Temple in Minecraft to Hytale.
Needs a lot of work cuz the conversion wasn't perfect but I LOVE IT. So much more variety to use for desert builds!

Wanted to compare Hytale's building compared to Minecraft's, so I built my storage barn.
Building the roof in Hytale is SO MUCH easier than it is in Minecraft. hate building them in minecraft - so many blocks/placements to juggle and remember!
