Why would anyone want a federal job now (contract or direct hire)? And how are hires considered as DEI, is it written somewhere or is it at the discretion of hiring managers?
What is stopping them from firing all women, under the guise of them being “DEI” hires?

When things started to look up, COVID hit and I never heard from anyone with USAjobs again.
Now with all the anti DEI rhetoric, most of those hopes of mine are gone.
