Anyone here have hardware to capture/record at 8K resolution? What about to watch that content at native 8K? Trying to get an idea of whether 8K is important to/for techies here.

Imagining a service that takes screenshots on social platforms and makes them dark-mode safe. Inverting that eye-blinding white background to be dark and the text light.

I miss the days of the early Web 2.0 when companies like Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Twitter weren't openly hostile to users and the people running them weren't yet or weren't yet known to be evil bastards.

Just heard of Bluesky today and for some reason decided to try it out. Been a few years since I've done social media outside of lurking on Reddit. The new upstart that's doing things a little differently and not yet beholden to quarterly revenue expectations is exciting, I have to admit.
