The "First Lady's Wing" was wasted. It really needed to be redone to be appropriate for long-term hosting of a Russian exile.

My IBM-PC came with a cassette port and single-side drives because it seemed unnecessary to have double-sided. I eventually ordered a 10MB HDD from some NYC scammer but never received it.

I've used Turo several times. (It can be easier than traditional rental at SFO and I know what car I will get.) Their rental requirements don't seem significantly different than others.

In many areas, an AI teacher might be the only daily opportunity a child has to interact with someone who uses decent grammar. (Yes, I have heard poor grammar from AI tools, but I am more hopeful for fixing that.)
