I made it through. I did end up paying a grand for car repair, the training wasn't as annoying as I thought, and it gave me overtime. The doctor appointments went fine, but I'm still waiting for that important piece of mail I was promised would be here in four months back in July.
November is gonna be rough. I got training for a new system at work, two doctors appointments, a possible car repair that could cost up to $1,000, trying to save money and waiting for an important piece of mail. All while having no sugar or alcohol. Hopefully everything's good after Thanksgiving.

Had a chocolate bar as a reward and not only was it not as good as I was hoping, but it made me feel bad.
Well it's the last day of the 30 day challenge. I can't believe I did it. I still had way too much diet soda and fried food, but my clothes do feel looser and I don't crave sugar nearly as much. I also went to the doctor for a check up, and not only was my cholesterol and blood pressure down...
I know I missed last week, just didn't have much to say. I've still managed to avoid added sugar and alcohol despite the last two weeks being very hard. But I am still eating some garbage, fried garbage and diet soda. So I state now, that after today, no more fried food or soda (except holidays).
