I'm in favour of making voting as easy as possible, but I voted on election day last year and the queues led several people to go home due to the wait. Seems pointless to have this if the wait times put people off - we need more election day workers to make it easier

Tolling existing roads will cause issues. Thinking mainly about the Kāpiti Expy, which if done will put far more traffic back on roads which are now much more safe. Congestion charging would work better as will be done in areas with better PT, and dissuade car commuters www.rnz.co.nz/news/politic...
