About 15% of oil and 80% of gas wells are in permafrost zones, IIRC. These are the primary issues that can occur upstream at wells as a consequence of enough Ukrainian strikes.
In many cases a seismic survey would be needed, then a re-drill, to reopen such sites.

Airtraffic controller sick leave has (apparently) shot up due to several factors, one of which is the stresses associated with the shut down itself--lack of pay, overworking from thinned workforce, etc.
I wouldn't be surprised if some is in protest. Calling in "sick."
