The current era of "user reviews" is fundamentally broken.
Hordes of people will review bomb when upset. No app or game is safe from it. What sorts of things make people angry? Literally just it costing money.
I'm not sure we have a better alternative atm, but this just doesn't work.

My loving fiance often reminds me of this:
If for today, you only have 10% to give, and you give that 10%, then you gave 100% of what you had.
No one can ever reasonably ask for more. You did enough. You did good.
