I've played a few SW tabletop games. Rebellion is fun. I agree with Fredo, typical match is +3 hours, which is hard to devote time to now. Wish there was a bigger SW tabletop community in NOLA. Loved the SW Living Card Game (Fantasy Flight Games), but it died out.

I agree with Aaron's comment re Thrawn trilogy (and SW books, generally) was hard to get into bc SW is visual media. I put off reading Thrawn for v long time but the Dark Horse graphic novel adaptation (09) helped me digest the books. The visuals were sooo helpful!
